Ftx Ex-Exec Ryan Salame To Pay Up $1.5bn Guilty Plea

Ryan Salame is essentially a top FTX exec. who played a major role in exchange for the operations pertaining to political fundraising. He is going to have to forfeit a total sum of $1.5Bn, after he pled guilty to the criminal charges that got tied to him. 

Salame is actually the co-CEO of the Bahamas FTX (Digital Markets FTX). He outright pleaded guilty to the accusations that were made against him – concerning him of making defraud and illegal contributions to the Election Commission. 

As a part of the agreement that was made with him by the government, he has been ordered to forfeit more than a sum total of $1.5Bn. He has also agreed to pay up a fine of $6Mn. Prior to the beginning of the sentence. His sentencing is to begin in the month of March next year.

He has also agreed to give the govt. Some of his real estate properties back in Massachusetts, and a Porsche 2021 automobile. Additionally he is also going to give up ownership of the Rood Farm Corporation of The East that he owns. 

He is going to be off the hook for all the money that he owns, if he pays all of these up.
